Abstract

This paper was prepared in response to a concern expressed by security professionals on a personnel fatigue factor in CCTV assessment assignments. A number of different engineering, procedural, physical and psychological variables have to be considered regarding the use of CCTV security systems by government, industry, equipment manufacturing, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, penal facilities, and retail management.
