Some Applications of Free Streamline Theory,

Abstract

Applications are made of free streamline theory to flows involving wakes and separation bubbles. Results for two-dimensional flows past a backward-facing step and normal plate in a solid wall channel are given and compared with existing experimental data. Some results for flow past an airfoil section with leading edge separations are also given.
