Deck Wetness Experiments,
Abstract
The history of model experiments to quantify the effect of above water bow form on the deck wetness characteristics of frigates in head seas is reviewed and the results obtained are reported. Suitable experiment techniques are discussed and recommended and plans for further experiments are described.
