Stress, Coping, and Support System Among Women Cadets,

Abstract

This presentation is a summary of observations of the clinical psychologists at the United States Military Academy Cadet Counseling Center. The observations focus on the process of the integration of women into the Corps of Cadets with emphasis on the stressful environment encountered. A brief discussion of coping strategies is included.
