Abstract

Environmental protection programs, necessitated by governmental regulations, require manhours and materials to administer. This costs money. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of expenses associated with the programs mandated in the Navy's Environmental and Natural Resources Protection Manual; OPNVINST 5090.1 of 26 May 1983.
