Any calculation of the drawbar pull of a agricultural tractor moving over agricultural lend requires a detailed study of power losses thereby occuring, which may, in principle, be defined as fellows: losses depending on pneumatic tyres and; losses in connection with the soil, including interface phenomenons occuring between tyres and soil.
