The Stress-Strain-Time Graph of Rheological Soils and Its Application,

Abstract

The Burgers model and its modified form have generally been considered as the rheological model of clayey soils since 1950's through tests and analyses. Six samples of paddy soils from four provinces in South China have been collected and tested. The Burgers model is accepted as the general model of these clayey soils.
