Design and Calibration of a 35GHz Dielectrometer,

Abstract

A 35 GHz (fixed frequency) dielectric measurement facility has been designed and calibrated for use in our laboratory, principally for support to development of KA band and millimeter wave radome materials. This paper describes the basic design, gives some details of the construction and electronic instrumentation and presents the results of inter-laboratory calibration on Dynasil 4000 fused quartz.
