R&D Contracts in the Soviet Union,

Abstract

This paper examines the evolution of research and development contracting in the post World War II Soviet Union. In particular, the paper analyzes the legal and economic discussions that accompanied numerous changes in the rules for R/D contracts in light of Soviet goals for improving the research, development and innovation performance of the economy.
