A Review of Methods for Economic Analysis of Inland Navigation Projects,

Abstract

This paper includes comments on methods of economic analysis discussed by his predecessors. The author discusses the Tow Cost Model - Marginal Economical Analysis Method and concludes by offering an alternative to the GEM for finding equilibrium solutions to the waterway traffic diversion problem.
