Classification Requirements for the Importation of Explosives into the United Kingdom,

Abstract

This paper presents the UK position on the classification of commercial explosives, describe some of the problems encountered, and propose an approach for the international acceptance of explosives classified in other countries which the UK has recently adopted. The term 'commercial explosives' in this paper refers to al types other than military explosives under the control of the Ministry of Defence.
