High Quality Hybrid Wiggler for Infrared FEL (Free Electron Laser) and Coherent Harmonic Generation,

Abstract

A compact tunable hybrid undulator was built for use in a small free-electron laser. The design and adjustment procedures, as well as the results of measurements on the wiggler and lasing performance are summarized here.
