A Two Channel Hermaphroditic Tactical Fiber Optic Connector,

Abstract

The design features of a two channel, multi-mode fiber optic tactical connector are described. Included is a description of the fiber alignment principal, performance, test methods and results (typically 1.0 dB). Optical fiber installation procedures are also discussed.
