Some Recent Trends in Ionospheric Data Management at World Data Center-A,

Abstract

During the past decade or so, a number of changes have taken place in the management of ionosphere and related data in the World Data Center-A at the National Geophysical Data Center in Boulder, Colorado. In this paper some of these changes are discussed on the following topics: (1) advances in computer technology, (2) some pitfalls in data usage, (3) types of data, and (4) examples of available data.
