4 X 4 InP Crossbar Switch Array using the Electro-Optic and Carrier Depletion Effects,
Abstract
An electro-optic 4x4 switch array in indium phosphide has been demonstrated which is suitable for monolithic integration with lasers, detectors, amplifiers and control electronics operating in the 1.3/1.55 micron wavelength window.
