Two-Dimensional Field Mapping of GaAs Microstrip Circuit by Electro-Optic Sensing,

Abstract

A highly sensitive technique. for 2-dimensional electric field detection in a GaAs microstrip circuit has been developed using electro-optic (E-0) sensing. With this method, the interference effect in the E-0 sampling technique has been studied.
