Solvation Effects of Organic Dyes in Polymers: Wavelength Dependence of the Stark Effect,

Abstract

The wavelength dependence of the electric field effect on holes burnt in the absorption spectrum of nile red (NR) and cresyl violet (CV) in polyvinylbutyral (PVB) and polyvinylformal (PVF) films has been investigated. The holes were detected using the holographic method.
