Two Novel Neuropeptides from Bovine Brain,
Abstract
For several years we have been isolating biologically active peptides from the acid extract of bovine brain. Fraction A, obtained after a number of purification steps including ion exchange, adsorption and exclusion chromatography, exerted a modulatory effect on the aggressive behavior in rats.
