Shallow Acceptors in Strained Ge/GeSi Heterostructures with Wide Quantum Wells

Abstract

Energy spectra of shallow acceptors in uniaxially stretched Ge were calculated by variational technique. The results were used for the interpretation of the observed far infrared photoconductivity spectra of strained Ge/GeSi heterostructures with wide quantum wells.
