Fabrication and Structural Studies of "Optical-III Nitrides" Nanocomposites

Abstract

Three-dimensional system of GaN and InN nanoclusters have been synthesized for the first time in a void sublattice of artificial opal. Structural studies of the samples by X-ray diffraction phase analysis and Raman spectroscopy were carried out.
