The Bloch Oscillations and Mobile Electrical Domains in 6H-SiC Natural Superlattice

Abstract

The discovenng of NDC and mobile domain due to Bloch oscillations are the more important results in study the strong field transport in SiC superlattice. The presence of unusual mobile domain creating the breakdown avalanche is evidence oscillations possibly with terra Hz frequency.
