Abstract

Significant achievements in the way of creating nanostructures and studying physical phenomena in these ones are generally acknowledged by now. However the transition to creating nanoelements with definate fuctional properties goes forward slowly. One of the reason of such situation is the necessity to take into account the dynamic processes running in nanoelelents.
