Adv Rotocraft Armaments Protection Sys
Abstract
This Project investigates and demonstrates a holistic lethality solution for Future Vertical Lift (FVL) offensive and defensive applications, focused on but not limited to Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA). Develop components for use in multi-role armament solutions for fire control, armament systems, munitions and integration of threat agnostic countermeasures. Work in this Project is fully coordinated with PE 0602148A (Future Vertical Lift Technology Development). The cited work is consistent with the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Science and Technology focus areas and the Army Modernization Strategy. Work in this effort is performed by the United States Army Futures Command (AFC).
