Adv Rotocraft Armaments Protection Sys
Abstract
This Project investigates and demonstrates a holistic lethality solution for Future Vertical Lift (FVL) offensive and defensive applications, focused on but not limited to Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA). Develop components for use in multi-role armament solutions for fire control, armament systems, munitions and integration of threat agnostic countermeasures. Research in this Project is fully coordinated with Program Element (PE) 0602148A (Future Vertical Lift Technology). The cited research is consistent with the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Science and Technology focus areas and the Army Modernization Strategy. Research in this Project is performed by the United States Army Futures Command (AFC).
