Armored Engineer Vehicles
Abstract
This Project supports live fire test and evaluation, initial operational test and evaluation and production qualification testing of the Joint Assault Bridge (JAB). FY 2020 funding cancelled for Armored Mobile Earthmover (AME) development. Funding supports modernization of Army Bridging fleets by investigating technology insertions including, but not limited to: condition based maintenance, increased military load capacities, autonomous operations and other emerging technologies. Funding also supports developing initial prototypes and testing to enable refinement of Operational Requirements and early user feedback to support future sustainment and operational movement operating concepts.
