Robust Adaptive Flight Control Design of Air-breathing Hypersonic Vehicles

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to propose innovative nonlinear adaptive controllers for hypersonic vehicles, which can be ‘substantially robust’ to the modeling inaccuracy of the vehicle dynamics, thereby minimizing the necessity to have a very high fidelity model.
