Development of Li-S Battery With Improved Sulphur Utilization and Cyclic Stability

Abstract

The objective of this research is to increase fundamental understanding of the physical processes involved in creation of highly energy dense batteries. Specifically, to look at materials which take advantage of the electrical properties of graphene with increased dimensional stability; also, to investigate mechanisms to avoid polysulfide contamination of the anode.
