Quantum primitives for secure computing

Abstract

Quantum phenomena can be harnessed to accomplish certain cryptographic tasks with increased security. Furthermore, quantum cryptography can also enable new functionality beyond what can be achieved classically. This is an ambitious project to identify and create new quantum cryptographic primitives for secure computing problems.
