A Multilevel Comparisons on the Antecedents of Trust Among Team Members and Work Outcomes
Abstract
The study will adopt a qualitative research approach to investigate: 1) Antecedents to mistrust; 2) The negative and positive connotations attached to mistrust; 3) Strategies to overcoming mistrust within teams; 4) The relationship between trust and mistrust. This information will be discovered through Cognitive Task Analysis using interview with open-ended questions. A minimum of 15 participants who had experience working in teams will be recruited from various organizations for interview in regards to their experience of working in teams.
