Synthetic Approach to Controlled Assembly of Metal Nanoparticles.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a synthetic method to form well-defined colloidal assemblies of metal nanoparticles and to elucidate their structure-property relationships with the aim of controlling controllable and enhanced optical properties that are useful for a range of applications including metal enhanced spectroscopy, meta-fluid, and solar energy harvest.
