Building Vietnamese herbal database towards big data science in nature-based medicine
Abstract
The ultimate goal of this project is to develop a widely accessible system that includes a database and tools necessary to open up a door to the world for easy access to hitherto inaccessible Vietnamese herbal data for research in computational biology with focus on inhibitor virtual screening for nature-based pharmaceutical development. Aside from the merit that this project brings about for bio-medical society, the project provides us with important technical merits from the information science point of view.
