ISPSA 2016 Conference
Abstract
The purpose of the Symposium is to provide scientists, engineers, and researchers with chances to exchange technical information and to gain insight into the state of the art and the future R&D directions in the rapidly advancing semiconductor science and technologies. Particularly, the symposium focuses on chiral materials and quantum phenomena, III-V, II-VI, IV-IV compounds and organic & oxide semiconductors with particular emphasis on the fabrication and control of materials in nanometer dimensions to study new physics and materials/device characteristics.
