Near Infrared Photo-Detection With Monolayer Heterostructures

Abstract

To develop a reliable synthesis process of 2D materials for near-infrared (NIR) photodetection with scalable chemical vapor deposition. New 2D materials with adequate band gap corresponding to NIR range prepared by bottom-up method have great potential in sensor devices development for radar system applications.
