2D Materials Integrated With Surface Acoustic Wave

Abstract

The research goal is explore the innovative design and fabrication of a hybrid sensing platform based on two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) and other 2D materials integrated with surface acoustic wave (SAW) device as a multifunctional remote sensing platform.The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) directly on piezoelectric substrate to be developed in this study for sensing materials platform would be a challenged task.
