Knowledge discovery in Vietnamese herbal medicine by use of VietHerb
Abstract
This is a follow-on project of previous AOARD project in which the PIdeveloped a VietHerb Ontology (VHO) which detailed information about phytochemicals, distributions, therapeutic effect, bioactivities, specific terms corresponding to different regions and morphology. This project is to explore these resources effectively and develop new methods to discover knew knowledge which is hidden in this complex data sources.
