3D Spotlighting-Tracking of Mobile Targets via Monostatic Radar
Abstract
This proposal, AI-ML-enabled Distributed War Gaming on A Global Testbed, aims to establish a vigorous partnership between Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) of South Korea, Air Force Research Lab (AFRL-Rome NY), and City College (CCNY) in USA. The objective of this partnership is to conduct collaborative and foundational research on the advancement of gaming science and technology, the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI-ML) in gaming design, and conduct international real-time experimentation on the various algorithms.
