Structural Change in Europe: Implications for Strategic Stability

Abstract

This study will focus on the rapidly changing strategic environment in Europe and will seek to identify the crucial variables that would define a 21st century model of strategic stability in Europe. Among its conclusions will be that strategic stability in Europe will require a comprehensive political, economic, social, diplomatic, and military approach designed to achieve that end.
