Advanced Technology for Ultra-low Power SoC
Abstract
Study for an analytic framework for System-on-a Chip technology that is based on numerical, simulation and experimental analysis, with the aim to realize RF/analog devices in the FinFET platform and to perform a tunneling FinFET feasibility study for future ultra-low power digital devices in the FinFET platform and to perform a tunneling FinFET feasibility study for future ultra-low power digital applications.
