Scalable Millimeter-wave Arrays Based on Dual-Use 3D Heterogeneous
Abstract
The purpose of this effort is to investigate methods for the development of millimeter-wave phased arrays and to support the proliferation of mm-wave phased arrays into everyday life from telecommunications to collision avoidance radar for cars.
