Self Modifying and Fast Analog Molecular Computing via Designed Enzymes

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop self-modifying and evolving enzymatic circuits using designed/engineered enzymes. More specifically: Design and optimization of elementary OR, XOR, AND gates using chemical and light inputs; Design of split, autoinhibited and mutually orthogonal protease enzymes for constructing XOR, AND gates; and Development of controltheoretic framework for observability and parameter analysis.
