Post Manufacturing Programmable Camouflaged Logic

Abstract

The objective of this program is to provide approaches to protect critical intellectual property (IP) embedded in integrated circuit designs during manufacturing and in the field through the investigation of post manufacturing programmable camouflaged logic topology.
