Advanced Voltage Variation Aware Timing Analysis & Reporting (AVATAR)

Abstract

The AVATAR project increases the chances of Trojan detection for side channel delay analysis test performed by frequency sweeping. In this approach technology if first characterized and certain design rules and constrains for sensitizing the timing paths to trigger load, or payload of Trojan is developed.
