Taming Delay and Convergence Speed in Tactical Autonomous Swarms Network Optimization

Abstract

The goal of this program is to develop an analytical foundation for low-delay and fast-converging distributed network control and optimization based on second-order information (SOI). The research will reveal deep scientific findings to advance the field of network control and optimization theory. In addition the research will shed insight on network protocol designs and implementations in practice.
