Fabrication of Efficient Reconfigurable Neuromorphic Systems

Abstract

The goal of this program is to demonstrate the tangible benefits and competitive gains that can be achieved by implementing advanced computer architectures using hybrid CMOS-memristor nanoelectronics building block for use in an efficient reconfigurable neuromorphic system.
