Magnetic Nanoelectronics for Brain-Inspired Computing (MN-BRIC): From Materials to Circuit Models

Abstract

The objective of this effort is to seek to develop a Complementary Metal–Oxide–Semiconductor (CMOS) - Antiferromagnetic Nanotechnology Integration Research and Development for emerging neuromorphic processor development to solve the problem of excessive consumed power, size, and weight in current state of the art microprocessors for stand-alone and embedded computers.
