MODELING STUDY OF MEMCAPACITIVE NEURAL NETWORK FOR NEUROMORPHIC COMPUTING

Abstract

The Recipient will seek to perform modeling study of memcapacitive neural networks for neuromorphic computing. Instead of using the present approach of treating these emerging devices as static ones, they will carry out a theoretical nonlinear dynamical analysis for memcapacitive devices. The Recipient will also select and conduct key experiments to provide inputs for the theoretical studies and verify the modeling results. These results will provide insights into the potential of efficient computing using memcapacitive devices.
