Radiation Effects on Advanced Semiconductor Technologies
Abstract
Test and evaluate the effect of high energy charged particles on state of the art digital processors or CPU’s. The results of this effort will serve the public by providing data on the robustness of advanced processors for use in a growing number of publicly owned and operated satellite systems.
