Modeling and Experiments with 2D Materials for CMOS-type Devices and Digital Integrated Circuits

Abstract

Model current transport mechanism in other than graphene two-dimensional materials. The focus is on layered transition-metal dichalcogenide type of materials, such as molybdenum disulphide, and another new class of emerging two-dimensional materials, such as silicone.
