Advanced numerical methods for computing statistical quantities of interest from solutions of SPDEs
Abstract
Objectives of the research are to develop,analyze, implement, test, and apply more accurate, efficient, and robust algorithms for simulating complex AF systems on computers. The outcomes of the research are better methodologies for the prediction of system responses and for better system designs that can be used to improve Air Force infrastructure and operations.
