Interfacial Investigation of Perovskite Opto-Electronic Materials and Devices

Abstract

To understand growth of organic/inorganic perovskite overlayers by doping and modification with dipolar phosphonic acids to tune the workfunction of titania, and to investigate the possible utility of redox-active surface modifiers and their role in doping of perovskite layers.
